Body Talk Bio

Ms. Tajuana shares her story of leaving behind an identity that no longer served her good. Drawing from her personal experiences with childhood and adult trauma, she offers the tools and practices that supported her healing and growth. She describes elevation as the act of emerging from darkness into light, guided by the belief that “hardships aren’t meant to break you, but to build you.” Her message is a reminder that past experiences do not have to define your future. True transformation begins with acknowledging and fully releasing your emotions.

The Body Talk concept centers on the belief that your body is your responsibility—and your guide on the path to healing. It is a journey of self-awareness, acceptance, and transformation. By understanding the body’s systems and how they are affected by lived experiences, you gain deeper insight into your emotional and physical well-being. Body Talk encourages you to take personal inventory, affirm your new reality, and engage in honest conversation with your inner self.
