Meet The Author
Growing up in Wilmington, Delaware, Tajuana faced significant challenges that affected her overall health. As she entered adulthood, she struggled to prioritize self-care, which led to further challenges within her mental, physical, and emotional well-being. The consequences of not being conscious of self-became evident through both physical and emotional distress. Ultimately leading her to confront her circumstances. Determined to break the cycle of poor decision-making and lack of self-awareness, Tajuana made the life-changing decision to embark on a journey of self-discovery and transformation.
Through consistent effort and dedication, she began healing her mind and body through holistic practices such as shadow work.
Today, Tajuana is a passionate mental health advocate and Light Worker, using her personal story to empower others to prioritize their health and wellness. She currently serves as the Executive Director of Sisters Foundation of Delaware, a nonprofit organization now in its fifth year of raising awareness around anxiety and depression relief.
Tajuana believes true self-care begins with whole-body healing. While external care is important, she emphasizes that real healing starts within. Author of "Intro to the Art of Body Talk", a book that explores the powerful mind-body connection, and the creator of an herbal body care product line, rooted in healing. By educating others and offering practical tools for personal growth, Tajuana inspires individuals to embrace self-love and resilience—proving that healing is possible.
